2. Our services and enquiries

Evolte provides intelligent growth systems for healthcare businesses. Depending on the agreed scope, services may include strategy, marketing and advertising, websites, enquiry conversion, CRM, non-clinical AI and automation, retention, reactivation and reporting.

Submitting an enquiry or booking a Strategy Call does not purchase services, reserve delivery capacity or create an obligation to proceed. Paid work is governed by a separately agreed proposal or scope of work and Client Services Agreement. Those documents, not these website terms, determine the services, fees and each partyโ€™s responsibilities.

3. Website information and results

Articles, examples and other resources provide general business information, not advice tailored to your circumstances. They are not medical, clinical, legal or regulatory advice. Obtain appropriate professional advice before acting where needed.

We aim to keep information accurate, but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or suitable for every purpose. Illustrations and forecasts are not guarantees. We do not guarantee enquiries, bookings, revenue, search rankings or other commercial outcomes.

4. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, images, templates and downloadable materials belong to Evolte or the relevant rights holders. You may view, download and print material for your own use or internal business reference, retaining ownership notices. You may share links to public pages.

Except where permitted by law or an express licence, you must not reproduce, republish, sell or distribute protected material without written permission. You must not use our branding or link to the website in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or association. Rights in work supplied to clients are addressed in the relevant client agreement.

5. Acceptable use

Use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website, send spam or use it to infringe another personโ€™s rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect security.

Do not submit identifiable patient information, medical records, passwords or other sensitive confidential information through general enquiry forms. Any necessary sharing must be separately agreed through an appropriate secure route.

6. Availability and external links

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. You are responsible for appropriate security measures on your own devices.

Where we link to third-party websites or services, those links are provided for information or convenience, not as an endorsement. We do not control their content or availability. Their own terms and privacy information apply.

7. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information. Our cookie information explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the website. Using the website does not itself constitute consent to optional cookies or marketing communications.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable to business users for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunities or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of, inability to use or reliance on this website.

These exclusions do not alter obligations under a client agreement, limit statutory consumer rights or remove obligations under applicable data-protection law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and changing the date above. Changes apply to future website use and do not amend any existing client agreement.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes with business users. This does not restrict a consumerโ€™s mandatory rights or any right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
